Self-adhering 1.88" tape specifically engineered to cover end joints of PE tube material. Provides added joint seam security and a clean look to pipe insulation applications. For use on domestic hot/cold water and plumbing applications only. Compatible with Tubolit, Tundra and Imcoa pipe insulation.

Overview

Self-adhering tape specifically engineered to seal end joints and longitudinal seams of PE pipe insulation.

Pre-cut strips to size to allow a 2” overlap on the circumference.
The tape must be centered over the seam.
Apply firm pressure on entire length and width of the taped surface. This is to ensure proper adhesion. Do not over tighten.
Taped seam should not compress the foam insulation.
