ProFlex Sheet and Roll

Sheet and Roll Insulation

ProFlex sheet and roll, economical brand of closed-cell foam insulation, provides superior protection against thermal losses, condensation and moisture accumulation that leads to mold. It is the ideal choice for insulating mechanical piping systems.

For applications requiring fire and smoke ratings of 25/50, ProFlex meets ASTM E 84 at 25/50 for 1” thicknesses. It may be used on a variety of curved or flat mechanical surfaces such as large pipe, ducts, tanks, chillers, etc.

Schools, hospitals, government institutions and commercial spaces of all types value the long-term performance and peace of mind that ProFlex lends to HVAC and mechanical piping systems. Its moisture-resistant characteristics make it especially valuable on metal surfaces that are susceptible to condensation. Moisture can soak through fibrous types of insulations, degrading their thermal performance, leaving them susceptible to fungal growth and ultimately shortening their lifecycle. Moisture-resistant ProFlex, however, maintains its physical and thermal integrity – for the life of the mechanical system!

The economical elastomeric closed-cell foam insulation for refrigeration, HVAC, and plumbing.

Product Advantages
