Spiral Duct Liner Insulation
Engineered for use by sheet-metal fabricators with spiral duct capabilities, AP SpiralFlex can be applied in just one simple step and yields a substantially lighter weight duct system than dual-wall systems with fibrous insulation. This revolutionary product answers the demand for a fiber-free duct liner solution for spiral ducts, which are preferred by many for their energy efficient air distribution.
AP SpiralFlex is made with an easy-to-cut, flexible backing which is pre-laminated to fiber-free elastomeric foam. The result is a simplified installation that will safeguard IAQ, attenuate HVAC noise and reduce energy losses for years to come.
Fabricators will appreciate the ease of handling when installing our lightweight material and its fiber-free composition. Specifiers will understand that this is a superior solution to dual wall ducts lined with fibrous insulation.
