Like our products, our resources also are evolving. Armacell Academy, our e-learning platform, is now entering its third year of providing dynamic education and technical training for customers, suppliers, and our own employees in North America. Armacell Academy continues to be free and is designed to enhance knowledge for eligible stakeholders covering a variety of topics such as product information, industry safety, installer training, component foam data, and mechanical insulation basics. Topics are designed to help contractors, engineers, and distributors of the Advanced Insulation division and converter/fabricators and OEM customers of the Engineered Foams business.
Armacell has industry experts on staff with decades of experience in their fields. Tapping into that experience and offering training has been a great way to impart that knowledge, not only to our people, but to our customers as well. Our vast product range and portfolios can seem intimidating for new end-users, so we are committed to providing technical resources and support to lead the industry in quality and service.
The strategy behind the Armacell Academy course creation is two-fold. We believe making this advanced training available to our employees will ultimately enhance the customer experience and build stronger partner relationships. Offering courses to our customers and end-users directly strengthens our brand presence to the market and allows key value chain partners to better understand our offerings.
