Armacell in Mebane, NC Earns SHARP Safety Award for its Manufacturing Facility

Mebane, NC, March 11, 2016 – Armacell LLC, the maker of Armaflex® foam insulation, is pleased to announce the State of North Carolina recertified the Mebane manufacturing location in their Safety and Health Achievement Recognition Award Program (SHARP). The SHARP designation recognizes employers who operate an exemplary safety and health management system. Acceptance into SHARP by the Occupational Safety and Health Administration (OSHA) is an achievement of status that identifies the facility as a model for worksite safety and health. 

Armacell continues to strive to provide a safe working environment for its employees. The process required to achieve this reward strengthens not only the commitment we have made to our employees but also our safety program.
